Clean, free refreshments, and an outstanding waiting area. Multiple employees came to me while I was in there and ensured I was being helped and was comfortable. I had a 5 out of 5 experience while there!

Mr. Tom in service and Miss Mackenzie were both helpful and very friendly. However, I was not expecting a bill that totaled over $400 for just a key for my 2023 F-150. I would have thought $50 was too much. It had been explained to me before the work, but I still had to have the second key. Also the waiting area was okay but employees refused to change the TV Chanel even though I was the only one in the room and just wanted the news instead of HGTV.
The people here are generally very nice and communicate well. I really appreciate the videos and inspection reports before I have to decide what services need to be completed.

They took great care of making sure my truck was left with the same cleanliness and condition I dropped it off in. During the recall process I got a free vehicle inspection. My truck had transmission issues so I brought her in to Rivertown. The rebuild was covered under my Ford Protect PremiumCare warranty and I had a minimal deductible! I took my vehicle in for a regular oil change. My car was serviced and checked completely. I ended up needing new tires (which I knew was coming) and a battery. Gary Orvis is an excellent Service advisor and was very helpful. I have been taking my vehicle to Sons Ford in Auburn and never received the type of service I received from Rivertown Ford. In fact, Sons nearly destroyed my vehicle when they replaced a recalled part (rear axle bolt) by emptying my differential fluid and not replacing it then sending me on my way home to Phenix City. ...
