Took a little longer than expected, but personnel were friendly and professional, the shop was clean and efficient, and the waiting area was very nice and comfortable.
First of all, let me say that this dealership is kept clean and it is very spacious. And before you question me on those qualifications, understand this. My wife and I were there today, August 4th, 2024, with 2 of our 3 children. A 15 month old and a 3 month old. 5 hours in a dealership with two babies is a lot to handle. So the qualifications stand. I just happen to be in the Ford store went and I went back to service to see if they had an opening for an oil change and they took me in right away. They always do a good job. They showed me how dirty the air filter was so I got a new one. And of course they rotated my tires and told me I should start thinking about getting some new ones before much longer. I always get my tires from them. I have 3 New Transit connects I hope Ford will decide to bring back the Transit connect ...
Richard the salesman was very nice,not pushy or trying to rush me He answered my questions and I am still interested in a maverick All of the new cars are overpriced My first choice is Bronco but try are just stupid overpriced I guess that’s why you don’t see that many on the road Auto industry as a whole has got to understand people can not afford new cars I’ve read 80% of Americans can’t afford a new car CRAZY!
They were very accommodating and they did the service in about one and a half hours which was reasonable because I was a half hour late for my appointment .
It took two and one half hours to change the oil that’s with an appointment. Everything else was very good.
Easy appt scheduled by text message. Prompt and timely with service writer, service was very prompt..when finished I was escorted to my car.
Makenzie is amazing. She kept us informed through the entire service process. Price updates, and anything the diagnostic test found. She was very professional. We bought a used truck through another seller, took it in for Rivertown Ford to service and check out. Wonderful experience, we will be back.

Had a good experience with the service department and getting an appointment the day of for tire rotation. The woman who helped me was very nice and communicated well about the timeline of my vehicle being done, as well as helping me use credits I had in my ford pass app to actually pay for my service that day!

Replacing my warranty battery was a hassle. I had to have truck towed in because the Ford dealership wouldn’t allow me to bring in bad battery. Said it was policy, maybe should be revised.

Tom, service writer was professional & friendly. Making appointment is crap; Had 10:30 appointment for alignment, new tires, and oil change. Dropped truck off early. Truck wasn’t ready till 5:30, why 7 hours? No responses to text message asking truck status. Got text message Mon morning, 36 hrs after I picked up truck saying truck ready.

This was one of the easiest, most stress-free experiences I have had when buying a new vehicle. The primary reason is salesperson Sabrina Matthis. She notified me when what I was looking for was available. Then she made the whole buying process so easy -- absolutely no pressure. Steve in the finance department continued the process in the same manner. Then Sabrina took over to explain the new-to-me technology. I couldn't be happier.
