I was very pleased with pricing . Staff was extremely friendly (McKenzie)! After reviewing my paperwork! I had an oil change and wipers replaced but my fluids weren’t topped off. I thought that was the norm with an oil change and blade replacement. When asked I was told it was done but it didn’t reflect on my receipt. Other than that, the experience was pretty good! 👍

They technician took care of my F150 truck and set a little video to show the points they checked as well as the items they recommended I take care of as soon as possible. Easy drop off; informative updates. Questions answered by Mackenzie quickly and accurately. I appreciate the detail and service. Set up on line for a timeslot - but still took all day. It wasn’t an issue; but why would u ask me for a certain time if it’s not used?

Made an appointment a week in advance for 0745 didn't get on rack until 245pm which meant I didn't get my car until next day. The part was ordered and delivered before my scheduled appointment.

The only problem is,when call to check on status no one answered the phone after 25 minutes the first time and 18 minutes the second time.

Gary was quick to receive our vehicle for intake. He explained the process and was extremely thorough in detailing information about the vehicle. Gary also went as far as to provide me with a charger to be able to receive updates and message him during the entire time out vehicle was receiving scheduled maintenance. Gary even tried to assist us with our rewards program and figure out why we were never given our points after purchasing the vehicle. He delivered 5-star, white glove service and we will be looking for him every time in the future.

I had an appointment at 11:15. Once my truck was taken back it took several hours before I received a text saying they were running behind. I think the truck was done in about 3 hours. It was irritating but met someone to pass the time.
